Troop Reservation Fee $30
Individual Girl Reservation Fee* $5
Registration Fee - Adult & Girl $45
Meal Plan $25
Additional Patches Can be purchased at Leader meeting
*This is for Individual Girl Scouts (previously Juliettes) or girls who want to participate but their troop is not attending. Please read Registration Information for more information.

Registration includes all activities, t-shirt and patch.

Refunds will ONLY be given in the event that the event is cancelled. 

Cancellations by girl and/or troop will not be given a refund. 

Adults only can be swapped if necessary.

9:30 p.m. Call to quarters (Scouts in troop homes)
10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Quiet hours for girls and adults
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Check In for Day Camping Troops (YOU MUST CHECK IN)
  *Note - you will not be able to check into Tent City till after Evening Flag Ceremony
8:00 a.m. Staff Meeting @ Headquarters
8:30 a.m. Opening flag ceremony/announcements
9:00 a.m. First activity**
10:00 a.m. Second activity
11:00 a.m. Third activity
12:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m. Fourth activity
2:00 p.m. Fifth activity
3:00 p.m. Sixth activity
4:00 p.m. SWAPS Exchange at Flagpole (optional)

Immediately After Flag - 6:30 Day Campers Check Out and Departure (YOU MUST CHECK OUT)

5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Evening Activities, and Social Time for Camping Troops
9:30 p.m. CSA Evening Activity
10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Quiet hours for girls and adults
7:00 a.m. Reveille/breakfast/clean-up
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

**Activity sessions are 45-50 minutes with a 10-15 minute time allowance to reach the next activity. Exceptions: Some challenge activities cover 2 time slots for a total of 1 hour and 45
